Located just two kilometres north of the Jurien Bay townsite off Indian Ocean Drive, the lots, which range in size from 1,145 square metres to 2,741 square metres, are fully serviced with reticulated water, sewer, NBN, and 3-phase, kilovolt-amps per hectare underground power. Titles are expected by March 2025.

DevelopmentWA is inviting offers for the purchase of Lots 1 to 6 and Lots 17 to 21. The project, delivered by Cook Labor Government funding through the Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP), supports regional economic growth in regional communities.

Comments attributed to Lands Minister John Carey:

"This release marks the first vacant industrial land development in the coastal region in more than 20 years, offering businesses access to a thriving 9.4-hectare industrial estate with strong transport links and nearby amenities.

"These new industrial lots for Jurien Bay will provide businesses with strategically located land in a well-connected and thriving industrial estate.

"The lots have been delivered through the Cook Labor Government's Regional Development assistance program, which aims to ensure industrial land development in smaller regional towns.

"The RDAP helps local authorities provide and develop projects to stimulate local economic and social activity to address costs and challenges associated with land development in regional WA."
